There were bats in the hall (windows open no screen), large beetles running around. One building was boarded up, and half of the other. The only place with a room was up in green river. Our faces being sandblasted, we say fuck it, let's get a hotel we need a shower anyway. then the tent after repeatedly blowing flat breaks a pole. We were camping in canyonlands in 2015, a w-dstorm with rain comes up fast, blows my big tarp away, we run and grab it to attempt to fold it.
